Dykema Gossett, PLLC is a national law firm with over 400 lawyers and Government Policy Advisors in thirteen offices across the United States.
Dykema brought me in to manage the Creative Services Team. I organized, created, and managed workflows that spanned departments, from attorneys, business development managers, IT, web teams, and administration. To this end, I created efficiencies and dramatically reduced turnaround times for divisions working with the Creative Services Team.
I authored and developed concepts for brand aligned large reports, headshot processing, and ad request submissions that could be populated quickly and efficiently. I upgraded and integrated disparate systems (including synching CRM with internal master data), detangled outdated automation, upgraded analytics tools to current standards, and built process documents for operations. I built and instituted submission forms, bi-weekly team calls, and worked directly with firm leaders to ensure all processes followed legal and firm guidelines.
One of my favorite projects was the development of the firm's 100th anniversary design. I designed and built out options, without specific direction. Firm leadership appreciated the design and direction and used my presentations to develop the final iteration.
